I decided to go for a mixture of spices and mortar and pestle. It is a set of two simple tools used to prepare ingredients or substances by crushing and grinding them into a fine paste or powder in the kitchen. Best use for curries and Indian cuisine.
The truck is open on Friday and Saturday from 6 pm – 9 pm @ State Basketball Centre.
